On Mac you used to be able to see the package content of AVCHD files within the finder window. but in recent versions Apple removed this functionality.
I wanted to extract all the individual files from my Camcorder which create this one giant AVCHD file. I am not a professional video producer. All I do is collect all my videos in a folder. To do this I wanted a very simple solution.
